The website offers the best possible guarantees regarding e-commerce. Your personal data, your credit card number, the type of products ordered are all sent through the Internet in encrypted form (non-decipherable), and data are not directly managed by Antartidee, but exclusively by PayPal. This payment instrument allows credit card holders to provide their own sensitive data (name, card number and date of expiry) directly to the bank, not to the shop or service provider that manages it. When this payment method is selected, the relative form that resides in a safe server (using a 128-bit cryptography system with public/private key, fully safe for buyers) is used, requesting that you enter your credit card information. PayPal is in charge of transferring these data to international circuits (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PostePay, Discover or Carta Aura) and to e-mail the client reporting when the transaction is complete. The result of the transaction shall also be sent to Antartidee, which will then proceed to ship the order as specified by the user In no case can Antartidee obtain the personal data described above.
Offline payment through CONFIRMED BANK TRANSFER
After placing and confirming the order from the online shop, the user will receive an e-mail confirming that the order was sent. The e-mail shall include order number and value. The buyer must therefore transfer the money and send the payment receipt to the following mail a: firstname.lastname@example.org

The order is only considered definite once payment is confirmed.
Products purchased through the website shall be shipped through express courier. Delivery times vary from 3 to 10 business days from the date the online payment is received, with the exception of delays or unexpected issues not traceable to our company. The company cannot be held liable for delays cased by the courier. Delay in delivery that may occur do not give the user the right to reject the products or to demand refund or compensation of any kind.
At the moment of delivery, the client must make sure that the number of parcels corresponds to what is stated in the courier's shipping document and that the packaging is intact, neither damaged nor altered, including the closure materials. Should you notice that there are damaged or missing parcels, report immediately to the courier, write "accepted with reserves after inspection" on the document, and send it immediately to us by mail email@example.com. Items accepted without this necessary note written on the transportation documents cannot be the subject of claim for damage or missing parts during transportation.
Shipping costs vary according to the number of kilos you have purchased and to the shipping address. Based on the shipping address you provide, the system will automatically calculate shipping costs. After placing products in your basket and logging in or registering in the website, your shipping costs will always remain visible, before you place your final order.
Buyers, in accordance with art. 5 of Leg. Decree no. 185 of 22 May 1999, are entitled to return their order within ten days of delivery.
Requests of return require sending a registered letter within the deadline above, i.e. confirmed telegram or fax within the following 48 hours through registered letter, to the following address:

The registered letter must include the shipping slip for the returned items, at the buyer's expenses, sent to address as indicated above. Buyers who return purchased items shall be refunded through non-transferable nominal bank check in the name of the buyer indicated in the order or bank transfer. The refunded value shall correspond to the price of the ordered goods. The refunded amount does not include packaging and handling (shipping).
